Our pricing is based on the type of creative experience, level of customization, premium props or backdrops, guest count, event duration, and setup requirements. Each experience is thoughtfully designed, styled, and executed to create a memorable moment—not just provide décor or equipment.
Do you offer packages or custom pricing?
Yes. We offer curated packages (Spark, Glow, and Signature) as well as custom experiences for events that require additional styling, larger guest counts, or specialty elements.
What’s included in a creative experience?
Each experience includes planning, design, setup, guest interaction or engagement time, and breakdown. Depending on the service, this may also include premium props, backdrops, styling elements, and on-site support.
Why do prices vary between events?
No two events are the same. Pricing may vary based on event size, guest count, venue requirements, customization level, timing, and enhancements such as premium props or extended experience time.
Is a deposit required?
Some bookings require a deposit to reserve the date. For completed services or select client types, full payment may be due upon invoicing. Deposit requirements are clearly communicated before booking.
Do you charge based on guest count?
Yes, for interactive experiences. Larger guest counts require additional preparation, materials, and engagement planning to ensure every guest has a quality experience.
Do you offer on-site setup and breakdown?
Yes. All experiences include professional setup and breakdown so clients can focus on enjoying their event.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak seasons. Dates are secured once payment terms are met and confirmed.
Do you travel or offer off-site events?
Yes. Travel fees may apply depending on location and venue requirements.
Can I customize my experience?
Absolutely. Customization is at the heart of Creative Experience Design. From themes and color palettes to premium props and interactive elements, we tailor each experience to your vision.
Do you work with corporate or church events?
Yes. Creative 4 Fun provides experiences for corporate functions, churches, community events, celebrations, and private gatherings. Documentation such as invoices, contracts, and W-9s are available upon request.
What types of events do you serve?
We serve birthdays, showers, anniversaries, corporate events, church gatherings, community events, pop-ups, and themed celebrations.
Do you offer photo booths as a standalone service?
Yes. Photo Booth Experiences can be booked individually or added to a package for an elevated guest experience.
What happens if my event runs late?
Additional time may be available based on availability and is billed accordingly. We always do our best to accommodate when possible.
